Wages & Retainers

Fee-for-Service Split: 55% to 60% based on clinical experience.

Position Requirements

• 100% Dedicated Pelvic Health Practice or Hybrid Model (Pelvic Floor + General Orthopedics).
• Caseload focus: Prenatal & Postpartum Care, Chronic Pelvic Pain, and complex conditions.
• Trauma-informed care approach highly preferred.
• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing in BC, authorized for internal exam.
• Confident, authentic, and people-friendly.

About the Opportunity

Heykal HR Consulting Services provides strategic HR and career integration solutions. To support our expanding portfolio, we are building a network of trusted, independent Career Coaches, Resume Writers, and Student Advisors. This is a business-to-business (B2B) partnership opportunity for established independent contractors.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

• Strategic Career Mapping: Conducting 1-on-1 discovery sessions for career pivots or Canadian market integration.
• Advanced Resume Customization: Optimizing resumes for Canadian ATS algorithms.
• Interview Coaching: Facilitating virtual mock interviews and providing actionable, constructive feedback.

Partnership Expectations & Autonomy

• Use your own tools, equipment, software, and workspace.
• Manage your own business registrations, insurance (including professional liability), and tax remittances.
• Demonstrate autonomy in how services are delivered, focusing on outcomes and quality standards.
• Accept assignments on a project-by-project basis, with no expectation of fixed hours or ongoing employment.

Compensation

Rate: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and project scope).

Terms: Invoices submitted upon project completion. As a B2B partner, you are responsible for your own GST/PST registration and remittance if applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Career Coaching, Academic Advising, or Corporate Recruitment in Canada.
• Demonstrated success working with diverse adult populations, international students, and newcomers.
• Must hold a valid business registration or operate as a sole proprietorship in British Columbia.
